Thomas Kassan PT, DPT
Tom graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2014 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Tom is a Maitland Australian Physiotherapy trained clinician and is currently pursuing specialization as a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) through MAPS. Additionally, Tom is studying for Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Tom has a great passion for treating each patient through continuous individual assessment and personalization of care through use of the Maitland and biopsychosocial approach to evaluation and treatment.
Tom’s love of the outdoors began at an early age growing up near the Adirondacks and grew exponentially during his time in Vermont as an undergraduate. He is an avid skier, rock climber, and hiker. He and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time outside. He brings this enthusiasm for the outdoors to each of his patients in an effort to ensure people can feel their best to pursue what they love.
