Rebecca Cyr, DPT, FAAOMPT, AIB-VR/C
Becky graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor degree in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies in 2011, and in 2016, she graduated from the University of Connecticut with the degree of Doctor of Physical Therapy. She has recently finished her fellowship in orthopedic manual therapy at the Manual Therapy Institute in order to better her ability to provide the best patient care and.
Becky has been involved in sports her whole life, playing soccer through high school and currently in adult leagues and with snowboarding since the age of 9. In 2011, she watched her twin brother complete his first Ironman distance triathlon and she began to dabble in the sport. In 2018, she completed her first full Ironman at Lake Placid and has completed numerous half Ironman, Olympic, and sprint distance triathlons. Through her love of being active and desire to help improve others’ lives, she was drawn to the profession of physical therapy.
